Description

In a list-radio question, the "Save as default values" setting toggles when the question is saved, even without any input from the user.

Maybe because it's current default value ?

Then update label to be "Default value" + Help : "if you set to ON : you force this value to be default"

I am not big fan of how "Save as Default Values" is looking.
The button "Clear Defualt Values" adds a bit more of confusion.

Still seems to be working fine now on demo LS.

Please add any comments in case it should be reopened.
