Description

In reporting a different issue (https://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=16200), I noticed this sequencing issue and added it to the description.

This report separates the sequencing issue into a new issue.

Attached are:
a) LSS file for test survey with previous issue
b) Partial screenshot showing that sequence order is not correct for the Question Group
