Summary16732: Re-Ordering Questions Freezes Spinner
Description

When I drag-and-drop a question to re-order it within a group, the spinner activates to indicate the backend is working on this; but then it never stops. In order to continue with re-ordering other questions, or to select another question, I need to refresh the entire page. This is not a very big deal once or twice, but has made re-ordering a lot of questions very painful.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Click on any question to drag it to a new position
  2. Drag the question to its new desired position
  3. Sit and stare
Additional Information

You guys, I know money is critically important to sustain a FOSS project.
I do.
It is strange and almost hostile to request funds to fix bugs.
That just feels bad-faith.
There are so many other ways to generate revenue on a FOSS project.
Please task your new CEO with exploring some of those.

Also, I work on a global team.
It's extremely hard when my ops person who runs our Lime setup, is 9hrs ahead of me, to need to

I see some console errors but it does not freeze here using a Firefox on Windows. Maybe a server issue?

Sorry, I forgot to add - this was on Safari, and for the database I am using the latest MariaDB Docker image.

I think this happens only with certain surveys.
Can you check that? If yes, can you please provide the affected survey as lss file?

The stack trace says it should be reliable to reproduce.

With me this always happens when I reorder a question. I have to go to survey list and re-open survey. Then the re-ordering is done.
