Summary17604: No confirm action in regenerate question code
Description

There are no confirmation when click on link to reset question code !

Steps To Reproduce

See screencast , goes to menu , regenerate question code

Additional Information
  1. Since question code can be used in Expression : this can block a lot of survey
  2. Since this menu are used a lot : it's so easy to click on it
  3. Since there are an DB update action : this must be a POST action controlled.

I prefer a real 2 step action :
Click on link :
Show page with a form with confirm button and maybe some detail, with the survey menu etc …

But : the important thing is not what i want : it's a really big issue : broke survey in one link !
