Summary	17946: Use textarea in place of text input in a lot of question settings
Description	With some complex HTML or expression : editing subquestion can be rally hard For text : we can use HTML editor BUT : only if we don't have expression script inside text … For relevance : it can be really hard … need to copy paste to text editor a lot of time
Additional Information	Idea : Create a textarea class to get a one line textarea visually, use it for Subquestion text Answer text Subquestion relevance String Settings with Expression manager at 2 : enable by default, can be disable String Settings with Expression manager at 1 : enable by default, can be disable StringSettings with Expression manager at 0 : disable by default, can be enable I create a Pull Request to be improved.
