Summary18142: missing plugins from installation package
Description

After automatically upgrading to version 5.3.15+ I noticed that two plugins - extendedStartPage and QuickMenu - are missing. I get this error under the plugin description Error: Could not get plugin description: Missing configuration file for plugin QuickMenu, looked in location...

I wanted to try to upload them manually, so I downloaded the CE version from the site and look for the two plugins in the installation package but couldn't find them.

That "extendedStartPage" plugin disappeared between version 3.15.4 and 3.15.5, but the change log doesn't mention it.
The commit where it was removed is f5571fe3 (Dev: removed deprecated plugin). It does not clarify why it is deprecated.

QuickMenu was removed in 3.0.0.

They are not mentioned in any update process.
@c_schmitz, maybe we should add a process that uninstalls them?
