Summary18390: Error page are not related to survey
Description

For HTTP exception e use error page using default theme : it's good.
But some error page can be related to survey and not to gloabl.

For example : you can want to use a specific text.page for error with preview : https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/blob/9e028cad885f164c55bc677ef28360ec4c6af9b2/application/controllers/survey/index.php#L94
Or for error with CRSF issue etc …

Install skelvanilla (for example)
Set a survey using skelvanilla as template, preview question in a private windows
Set skelvanilla as default template, preview question in a private windows

Expected result

Both solution use skelvanilla

Actual result

Only 2nd solution use skelvanilla
