Description	whenever clicking the “+” icon to add a label, there is always an alert showing with the same content when the save button is clicked, ”Labels successfully updated”.
Steps To Reproduce	Steps to reproduce click label sets in the top configuration tab click the view labels icon in the one of label sets. click add label icon at the right end of each label. Expected result the new label is created without success alert . Actual result the new label is created with a success alert saying "Labels Successfully Updated".
