Summary	19395: No permission error is displayed when saving question
Description	When using formatting in "Inline" question editor and press SAVE, the error message "No permission" appears without saving the question contents. Plain text is saved normally.
Steps To Reproduce	Steps to reproduce When using formatting in "Inline" question editor and press SAVE, the error message "No permission" appears without saving the question contents. Plain text is saved normally. Expected result Question contents should be saved with the text formatting applied. Actual result No permission error is displayed, without saving the new question content with formatting.

petroslouca 2024-02-07 21:30 reporter ~79433	Also 403 error occurred when inserting an image. Solution indication: OWASP rule issue (in WHM/cPanel), disabled all 33 rules temporarily, solving this effect, therefore need to pursue this further through collaboration.
