Summary08822: Easiest using of token attribute
Description

When we want using token attribute in a survey (not anonymous), we need to use {TOKEN:ATTRIBUTE_X}. But each attribute can have own description, same for all language.
The idea are :
Ability to use {TOKEN:ATTDESCR} directly.

Additional Information

Need EM manager updating, and $SESSION[survey$sid][token] too. Don't think we can do it in plugin.

Line to be updated (for starting) : em_manager_helper / 4062 and next

Can take it for 2.06 or 2.1
