Summary	09515: Register page should be easier to customize.
Description	The texts presented to the user on the public registration page should be easy to customize per survey. Now the texts REGISTERMESSAGE1 and REGISTERMESSAGE2 comes from the system wide .po files that are quite tricky to modify for most users. The registration texts should be possible to change per survey. Perhaps it is possible to add these texts to "Edit survey text elements".
