Summary09565: Slider question layout with checkbox question
Description

The slider option is really great but there are some tasks which are easy to assess by a user. Being able to give the user an option to check a checkbox e.g. "Hard to assess" and/or "Don't know" would be great.

Possible solution:

The information from the reply would be stored in a triple (int, True|False, True|False).
