Description	The group name don't show in the any output format of statistics.
Steps To Reproduce	Steps to reproduce In the any survey, go to the Statictics, check all fields in the Response filters, select HTML or PDF output format, check the Data selecion and the Output options. After that, click on the View statictics. Expected result Show results without name group. Actual result Show results with name group.
