Summary17995: Allow to have "default" filter and user filter foir response browsing
Description

Response have a lot of columns, and sometuimes it better to see really used column at 1st position.
We have a filters columns view, but no way to save this view
It can be really cool if we can have

  1. A «default» filter column view for all user (managed by all user with Settings+browse response rights)
  2. A «user» filter column view by user

The button can be added in the select filter : https://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=17835#c68813

At bottom or at top.

It's a starting point : have more user options by survey can be great.

Additional Information

I think it's done via session ? Maybe by optionnal plugins ?
