Summary19400: user roles: the choice of the menu actions list is hidden on second access
Description

When we go to the user roles menu and press the action button we see the list of possibilities that we can choose.

Just choose any action then close the window that has just opened and press the action button again to see that the list is no longer displayed correctly

go to user roles
click on the action button
choose an item
a window opens you can close it
press the action button again

Expected result

the drop-down list is completely visible

Actual result

drop-down suitcase is partially displayed
