Description

While in maintenance mode, survey displays the layout from system default template, not from template assigned to survey

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set a template for survey other than system default template
  2. Activate maintenance mode for survey
  3. open the survey

Expected result

Maintenance mode layout from the template ATTACHED TO THE SURVEY is displayed

Actual result

Maintenance mode layout from the SYSTEM DEFAULT TEMPLATE is displayed
