Summary19542: When saving a new question, question text of first question of this group is cleared / deleted
Description

Dear limesurvey community,

when i create a new question and hit save, another question loses its content / question string.
I tested that on two different servers and two different versions. Even with two different Firewalls and Firewall configs in front of the server.
Same behaviour for both scenarios.

Additional Info:
Limesurvey behind reverse proxy, https is terminated from Reverse Proxy.
No errors on Browser console or networktraffic.

DB Query seems to be normal:
UPDATE question_l10ns SET id=40, qid=38, question='<strong>Test</strong>', help='', script='', language='de-informal' WHERE question_l10ns.id=40
More in attached db log.

Prerequisites:
Create multiple question groups in survey and multiple questions in it.
Language of Admin Interface: German
Language of Survey: German (Du-Form)

  1. Click "Add question"
  2. Enter some Text to the question
  3. Hit Save

In this moment the first question of the question group loses its question content (even in the left survey-structure menu).
Sometimes also other questions are losing their content but mostly it is the first question.

Expected result

New question saved and all other questions "untouched".

Actual result

Antother question loses its question content.
