Summary19367: javascript file are outdated after update
Description

update to 6.4.2 from 6.4.1 : css+js are not resetted

When I create (or edit) a question I'm no more able to select (or edit) a question type for the select.
The list of question types is displayed but when I select one nothing happens on the right side of the modal and the select button doesn't work.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

1- create a new question
2- click on Question type button (a modal is displayed)
3- select another question type in the accordeon lists
4- click on "Select" (green button of the modal

Expected result

in the modal we should see the details of the question type selected and we should be able to select the new Question type.

Actual result

The right pane of the modal remains blank
Nothing happens when clicking on the "Select" button.

I just have it when update,
But seems Clear assets cache: button work : can you test ?

After having cleared the assests cache (ADMIN > Gloab Settings > General Tab) it works perfectly !.

Fix it for next time (6.4.2 to 6.4.3) : no need manual cache reset

Apply patch https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/pull/3707
Update except application/core/LSYii_AssetManager.php
